Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel with a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were attractive and clean, albeit slightly small. However, there were some issues causing water to leak outside from the cabinet on the top floors. The service was very helpful and super friendly, especially with suggestions for restaurants and shopping. The location was fabulous, surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants, but I missed out on the Lake view rooms due to unavailability. The dining experience was amazing with a variety of choices available. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few hiccups.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The amazing lake view from the spotlessly clean room was simply breathtaking. The friendly service made me feel like part of the family, and the location in picturesque Bellagio was just perfect. The dining experience was good but could use more savory options. Overall, a fantastic choice for a stay.
The hotel is situated in a wonderful Italian lake town, in the middle of Bellagio on one of the side alleyways. The rooms are clean and comfortable, even though they open to a footpath below which could be a bit noisy at times but didn't disturb my sleep. The service from everyone was so sweet and accommodating despite the limited variety of savory foods. The location is perfect, close to the Ferry wharf, restaurants, and the famous Bellagio foreshore strip. The dining was good with beautiful cotton sheets, offering traditional dishes but a bit iffy. Overall, the stay was well worth it!
The hotel is ideally located right in front of the ferry ports, with small but nicely decorated rooms featuring good beds and air conditioning. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to assist guests, even during challenging situations. The location is very convenient for exploring all parts of town and the lake, offering easy access to various attractions. The dining options were satisfactory but could benefit from a wider variety. The hotel facilities contribute to a comfortable stay, making it a good value for money choice.
The hotel is located in the heart of Bellagio, offering stunning views across the lake. The rooms are simple and roomy, situated on the 3rd floor, and impeccably clean. The service was exceptional with a fantastic breakfast on an outdoor terrace. The location is ideal, close to the ferries for easy island hopping. The dining experience was more than adequate with simple but good meals. Overall, a great value for money stay.
Waking up to a wonderful view in the lovely, clean, and comfortable rooms was a fantastic experience. The spacious accommodations with comfy beds and amazing lake views from the balcony were a definite highlight. The hotel provided a beautiful setting but had some issues with steep stairs and a need for an update in some areas.
I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious with a stunning view of the town and lake. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the town and close to everything. While the dining experience was good, I wish there were more variety in the breakfast options. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money.
The hotel's location above the main harbor was fantastic, with great views of the constant ferry activity. The rooms, just off the main walking area, had wonderful views through the arched breezeways turned windows, though they were a bit small. The service, particularly by owner Jane, was very nice and helpful, offering excellent suggestions for restaurants and shopping. The location, led by owner Jane, was ideal, next to the ferry port and centrally located in Bellagio, but Lake view rooms were unavailable. The dining experience, after breakfast, was good with plenty of choices in a lovely room or terrace, although unexciting. The hotel offers a lovely roof garden for breakfast and is directly on the lake. Facilities were satisfactory with paid airport shuttle available.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were a bit small but clean and up to date. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The location was fantastic with a beautiful view, although it required a short climb. The dining experience was great with a variety of choices. Overall, a good value for money.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed bag of positives and negatives. The rooms, though a bit small, were incredibly nice, comfortable, and clean with stunning lake views. The service from the staff was top-notch, very friendly, and super-helpful. The location was convenient for exploring the town and the lake, with excellent staff assistance for local activities. However, the dining options, though sufficient, lacked variety, especially for savory dishes.
